Batjee Terms and Conditions — Know the Rules Before You Play

These terms govern your use of the Batjee platform. They cover account registration, deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, game rules, and your responsibilities as a player. Reading them takes a few minutes and saves a lot of confusion later.

You Must Be 18 or Older

Batjee is strictly an 18+ platform. Creating an account while under the legal age is a violation of these terms and will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance. Age verification may be requested at any time.

One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted one Batjee account. Duplicate accounts — whether created to claim multiple bonuses or for any other reason — will be closed. Balances in duplicate accounts are not transferable and will be voided.

Withdrawals Go to Verified Accounts Only

Batjee processes withdrawals to payment methods registered in your name only. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted. Completing account verification before your first withdrawal request speeds up the process significantly.

Bonuses Come With Wagering Requirements

All bonuses and promotional credits on Batjee are subject to wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn. The specific requirements are stated in each promotion's terms. Attempting to withdraw bonus funds before meeting requirements will result in forfeiture.

Fraudulent Activity Means Account Closure

Any attempt to manipulate games, exploit technical errors, use automated betting software, or engage in collusion will result in permanent account closure. Batjee reserves the right to void winnings obtained through fraudulent means and report activity to relevant authorities.

Responsible Gaming Tools Are Available

Batjee provides deposit limits, session reminders, and self-exclusion options. Players are encouraged to use these tools. If gaming is causing financial or personal harm, self-exclusion can be activated immediately from your account settings without contacting support.

01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Batjee platform at batjee.vip, creating an account, making a deposit, or placing a bet, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in full. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the Batjee platform.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Batjee. They apply to all use of the platform, including the website, the Batjee mobile app, and any related services. Using Batjee after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the revised version.

02 Eligibility

To register and play on Batjee, you must meet all of the following requirements:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age.
  • You must be accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited by local law.
  • You must not be a current employee, contractor, or immediate family member of a Batjee employee.
  • You must not have been previously excluded or banned from the Batjee platform.
  • You must be registering on your own behalf, not on behalf of another person.

Batjee reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any point. If a player is found to be underage, the account will be closed immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any deposited funds may be returned at Batjee's discretion after deducting any bonuses received.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one Batjee account only. Creating multiple accounts — whether to claim additional bonuses, circumvent a restriction, or for any other reason — is a violation of these terms and will result in all associated accounts being closed.

When registering, you must provide accurate and complete information. This includes your real name, date of birth, and a valid contact method. Providing false information at registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance.

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. Batjee will never ask for your password via email or support chat. If you suspect your account has been accessed without your authorisation, contact Batjee support immediately and change your password.

  • Do not share your login credentials with anyone.
  • Use a strong, unique password for your Batjee account.
  • Enable two-factor authentication if available.
  • Log out of shared or public devices after each session.

Batjee is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player has failed to take reasonable security precautions.

04 Deposits

Deposits on Batjee are processed through the payment methods listed in the Finance / Wallet section of the platform. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit.

All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Batjee does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from a third-party source, it will be returned and the account may be suspended pending investigation.

Processing Times: Most deposits on Batjee are credited instantly. In rare cases involving payment provider delays, deposits may take up to 30 minutes. If your deposit has not appeared after 30 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference.

Batjee does not charge fees on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees — these are outside Batjee's control and are the player's responsibility.

Deposited funds are held in your Batjee wallet and are available for gameplay immediately upon confirmation. Batjee does not pay interest on wallet balances.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests on Batjee are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, where possible. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted under any circumstances.

Before your first withdrawal, Batjee may require identity verification. This is a standard process and typically involves submitting a copy of a government-issued ID and proof of your payment method. Completing verification in advance avoids delays when you request a withdrawal.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: displayed in the Finance / Wallet section.
  • Processing time: withdrawal requests are reviewed within 24 hours on business days.
  • Once approved, funds are transferred within the timeframe of your payment provider.
  • Batjee reserves the right to request additional verification for large withdrawal amounts.

Batjee does not charge withdrawal fees on standard transactions. Express withdrawal options, where available, may carry a processing fee that will be clearly disclosed before you confirm the request.

If a withdrawal request is declined, Batjee will notify you with a reason. Common reasons include unmet wagering requirements on bonus funds, incomplete verification, or a mismatch between the withdrawal account and the registered account details.

06 Bonuses & Promotions

Batjee offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms stated in the promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum odds, and expiry dates.

General bonus rules that apply across all Batjee promotions unless otherwise stated:

  • Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before withdrawal is permitted.
  • Only one bonus may be active at a time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
  • Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
  • Batjee reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer at any time before it has been claimed.
  • Attempting to abuse bonus offers — including through multiple accounts or coordinated play — will result in bonus forfeiture and may result in account closure.
Wagering Requirements: If a promotion states a 30x wagering requirement on a ৳500 bonus, you must wager ৳15,000 in eligible games before the bonus balance can be withdrawn. The specific multiplier is always stated in the promotion terms.

Batjee's jackpot prizes — including the Grand, Major, Daily Drop, and Mini tiers — are paid as real cash with no wagering requirement attached, unless the jackpot was triggered using bonus funds, in which case the standard bonus wagering rules apply.

07 Game Rules & Fairness

All games on the Batjee platform use certified random number generation (RNG). The RTP figures published for each game are independently verified and reflect the long-term statistical return of the game under normal operating conditions.

Game outcomes are determined at the moment of play and cannot be influenced by the player, Batjee, or any third party after a bet is placed. In the event of a technical error during a game round, the round will be voided and the stake returned to the player's wallet.

  • Batjee is not responsible for losses resulting from a player's misunderstanding of game rules.
  • Game rules for each title are accessible within the game interface.
  • Batjee reserves the right to void bets placed on games experiencing a known technical fault.
  • Winnings from voided rounds are not payable.

The use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any tool that provides an unfair advantage over other players or the platform is strictly prohibited. Detection of such tools will result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

08 Player Conduct

Players on Batjee are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that does not harm other players, the platform, or the integrity of the games. The following behaviours are prohibited:

  • Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage.
  • Using abusive, threatening, or offensive language in any communication with Batjee staff.
  • Attempting to exploit software bugs or technical errors for financial gain.
  • Engaging in any form of money laundering through the Batjee platform.
  • Providing false information to Batjee support or during the verification process.
  • Accessing the platform using a VPN or proxy to circumvent geographic restrictions.

Batjee monitors platform activity for unusual patterns. Accounts flagged for suspicious behaviour may be suspended pending investigation. During a suspension, withdrawals may be held until the investigation is complete.

09 Responsible Gaming

Batjee is committed to providing a safe gaming environment. The platform includes tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity:

  • Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from your account settings.
  • Session Time Reminders: Receive notifications after a set period of continuous play.
  • Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the exclusion period.
  • Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen reminders of time spent and amount wagered during a session.

10 Suspension & Account Closure

Batjee reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time for the following reasons:

  • Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
  • Suspected fraudulent activity or money laundering.
  • Failure to complete identity verification within a reasonable timeframe.
  • Detection of duplicate accounts.
  • Underage gambling.
  • Player-requested self-exclusion.

Where an account is closed due to a terms violation, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's request or for administrative reasons unrelated to misconduct, the remaining balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after any applicable verification checks.

Players wishing to close their account voluntarily can do so by contacting Batjee support. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

11 Limitation of Liability

Batjee provides the platform on an "as available" basis. While we work to maintain consistent uptime and performance, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access to the platform at all times. Scheduled maintenance, technical issues, or circumstances outside our control may result in temporary unavailability.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Batjee's liability to any player is limited to the amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Batjee is not liable for:

  • Loss of profits or winnings resulting from platform downtime.
  • Losses resulting from a player's failure to follow game rules or terms.
  • Losses resulting from unauthorised account access where the player failed to maintain account security.
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental losses of any kind.

Nothing in these terms limits Batjee's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

12 Privacy & Data

Batjee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy. By registering on Batjee, you consent to the collection and use of your data as described in that policy.

Batjee uses your data to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, comply with legal obligations, and improve the platform. We do not sell your personal data to third parties. Data is shared with payment processors and identity verification providers only to the extent necessary to operate the platform.

13 Changes to These Terms

Batjee may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, registered players will be notified via the email address associated with their account. The updated terms will also be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date.

Continued use of the Batjee platform after notification of changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
